TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY FOR REPAIR SERVICE
ALL STANDARD REPAIRS have a 60 day Limited Warranty on Parts Installed Only.
ALL SECOND REPAIRS have a 30 day Limited Warranty on Parts Installed Only.*A VALID FORM OF ID MUST BE PRESENTED AT THE TIME OF REPAIR PICK UP. ALL REPAIRS MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE BEFORE THE DEVICE IS RELEASED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER*
ALL Warranty Labor and/or Parts for Warranty Claims must be performed and Provided by American Wireless NC at our Thomasville or Winston Salem NC locations only. Standard Parts carry an Exclusive 60 day Limited Warranty, Economy Parts carry a 10 day Limited Warranty and may be OEM/After Market Manufactured. Any signs of tampering due to customer or any unauthorized personnel or company will Forfeit Warranty Terms and American Wireless NC will deny any and all Warranty Terms previously stated.We will Not be liable nor Cover Collateral Damage due to the Installation Process or Results thereafter. We are Not Responsible for Neglect Use or Damage such as: Drops, Cracks, Water Damage, Data Loss, Corrosion, Lagging, Drop Calls, Malfunctions, LCD/OLED Issues, Dots/Dead Pixels, Camera Issues (i.e. cameras, speakers, batteries, charging ports, stylus, etc.), Charging Issues, No Power Issues, Connectivity Issues (i.e. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NFC, antennas, etc.), Warp or bending of the device’s housing/case. There is NO Refund on Labor.
We Only Offer a Refund on Parts Installed as long as there is no Physical or Software Related Damage. In the event there is signs of any physical and/or software related damage, then the customer’s Warranty is voided due to customer’s possible neglect damage and our providers will not honor warranty, refund or exchange due to customer’s liability and possible damage. $20 Diagnostic Fee (minimum) is non-refundable. It can/will be applied only as credit towards a repair if the phone/device is repairable. If phone/device is irreparable, this will be the minimum charge for labor performed during Diagnostic.

PHONE SALE - PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ALL SALES of New Phones have a 30 day Limited Warranty on The Device/Phone listed in the Receipt/Invoice and purchased by the customer from and provided by American Wireless NC. All Warranty Exchanges for Device/Phone listed in receipt of purchase will be granted in the event that such Device/Phone is deemed “beyond repair” at American Wireless NC. In the event the Exchange Device/Phone isn’t Available in stock, Customer can opt to receive another Device/Phone of Equal Receipt Purchase Monetary Value (features and color may vary).
All Device/Phone Sales/Purchases have a 3 Business day Limited RETURN/REFUND Policy Subject to a RETURN/RESTOCK FEE based on device purchased. Return Claims and Services will be honored and available at our Thomasville and/or Winston Salem NC Locations only. We will Only Offer a Refund on Accessories stated Sold along with phone in receipt of purchase as long as these accessories are not physically and/or software damaged. Once these accessories are opened and/or used otherwise customer automatically forfeits any Refund. All New Products will be subject to Original Manufacture Warranty Terms and Conditions. PHONE BILL/ACTIVATION - PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There is NO Refund and NO exchanges on Monthly Payments, SIM cards or prepaid service purchased. Manufacturers, Distributors and/or Service providers do not grant us any Refunds. If you wish to change your plan you will need to repurchase a new plan. If you wish to change your service provider you will need to repurchase the plan and pay the activation fee.
